The Mission
What AgriBots Is
AgriBots is a South Africa-based agricultural robotics distribution business in development. We are building partnerships with international manufacturers to bring ground robots and livestock technology to South African commercial farmers.
The world's best agricultural robots exist today — autonomous electric tractors, solar-powered precision weeders, intelligent virtual fencing systems. They are deployed commercially in Europe, North America, and Australasia. They have no established route to market in Sub-Saharan Africa.
That is the gap AgriBots exists to fill.
What we are not
Not a drone company. The South African drone market is competitive and crowded. AgriBots focuses exclusively on ground-based robots and livestock technology.
Not a reseller. We are building a hands-on distribution model — demonstrations, training, technical service — not a transactional import operation.
Not operational yet. We have not signed distribution agreements or imported products. We are in the building stage — and we are transparent about that.
Building in public: We are publishing our research, sharing our market analysis, and capturing farm profiles from SA commercial farmers. Farmers and manufacturers can watch the journey and engage when it is relevant to them.
Our Story
Why AgriBots Exists
AgriBots was founded after extensive research into the global ag-tech landscape revealed a clear gap: ground-based agricultural robotics had no established route to market in Sub-Saharan Africa.
While autonomous electric tractors, solar-powered weeders, and virtual fencing systems have been deployed commercially across the Northern Hemisphere and Australasia, Sub-Saharan Africa had no established route to market for any of these technologies. AgriBots was founded to build that route — methodically, starting with the market knowledge and farmer audience that make a credible case to manufacturers.
